Just had the weirdest experience at the fruitland park location, a blonde lady maybe 75-80 years old, a lady with Grey hair and glasses who kind of seemed to have a pointed snout somewhat resemblance of a weisel or rodent of sorts and the branch manager Kathy Hope who was arrogant and condescending when addressed.
