This bank is an absolute DISASTER. The list of problems is long.. so where to begin? If you want to be embarrassed when you go to check out at a store and your payment is declined for fraud, be my guest and open an account here. There are numerous times my husband and I have gone to make a large purchase at Costco and the payment was declined. We sat there embarrassed like sitting ducks holding up the line trying to transfer money into another account to pay for our monthly Costco haul with everyone looking at us like idiots... read more

Dear Sirs, 6-6-2025 Whenever I have a banking problem at the main street Spanish springs branch, I just go see Jeffery Allsup . He not only knows what he is doing, but takes the time to explain things in easy to understand terms. I think Main street is a very well managed branch and Mr. Allsup deserves a lot of the credit.
