I recently had the challenging task of closing my recently deceased sister's checking account, which involved some complex legal paperwork. The team at Citizens' First Bank was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to navigate the issues and made accommodations to reduce my time and effort. I'm so grateful for their patience and persistence in handling a tough situation. Kudos to Sherry for her efforts.
