I recently had the challenging task of closing my recently deceased sister's checking account, which involved some complex legal paperwork. The team at Citizens' First Bank was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to navigate the issues and made accommodations to reduce my time and effort. They seem to regularly not have enough people working. Whether it’s inside or at the drive thru, I often have to wait a while to be helped, which seems ridiculous since it’s not ever busy here when I come.
Over the last few months, I have had the experience of dealing with problems of trying to help my mother have a quality of life at a nursing home, we had to go through bank records years back and deal with the problems that come with dementia. So my lawyer and I met at this wonderful Bank, Maria Chester went out of her way, to be helpful and to give us incredible service, Her thoroughness and customer service helped to make this difficult situation a pleasant one.
Everytime I go thru drive thru or inside the old lady has a disgusting attitude . I'm definitely pulling my money out and going to PNC bank
