We have been doing business with these ladies for many years 20 years to be exact. They are top notch in my book. Excellent service.
These people are greedy scam artist they won't finance a car that you ask for that cost way less than a car they try to put you in, they are prejudice towards POC they put tracking devices on your car without your knowledge and when you a day late paying your bill they repossess it even though you told them you are going to be a day late! They keep the extra key to your car without your consent! I wouldn't recommend these crooks to anybody! Note: Only Jackleg used car dealers with low ratings use Citizens Finance!
I recently went in for a truck loan here. First the receptionist told me I'd have to come back because everyone was buzy until a lady from the back came out and said she could help before she went on lunch...which I thought was nice at first...until she only spent about 5 mins with me.
