1 star is all I can give. We were very please initially as credit was not good and they were able to finance on a used truck. First 2 years we were given fantastic service. Anytime an issue presented itself such as something that came up they always understood and allowed extra time to make the payment. The past 2 years have been horrible and not easy to work with this location who issued the loan.
