I'm really confused and more disappointed about the lack of customer service I'm receiving. I called Monday morning to request a bank letter verification from this credit union. When I called I was transferred to member services and the gentleman whom I spoke with, which is Adrian told me he'd be sending me an email of that letter. We are approaching the end of the business day on Tuesday and I have yet to receive anything. Is this something that can be done through email or is this something I have to do in person? I have been a client of Citizens FCU for about 6 years now. I can say they have always provided me great service. Thank you to Tom who just did the best job in helping me the other day! You’re awesome Tom!
They neeeeveeeeer answer the phone!!!! I had to go to one of the branches and there was only one customer!!!
Do not take advice from them. The are no help and always have excuses
