I had a call with a disability department agent, and my experience was overall positive. The agent was kind, patient, and professional throughout the conversation. They answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood the process and the next steps. The call was on time, there were no technical issues, and the duration was appropriate. In the end, I felt more at ease and had greater clarity about my case.
I’d like to personally thank the group for making the process as easy and streamlined as possible. While the actual phone process does take a bit of time, it is understandable given the amount of information needed to expedite the process. They worked patiently and kindly with me through the process even though I am both vocally and hearing impaired. Honestly, I wish I had done this sooner.
