I will strongly recommend this firm for many reasons, professionalism, kindness, thoroughness 'empathy, honesty, patience to name a few. I can't remember the person I spoke with, but the call was on 6/23/26 and it was a pleasure in every way to have been able to speak with that person. I apologize for not remembering the name. The person was under the weather too and still delivered a perfect job well done. The call was at about 11am. Just great business and I thank them very much.

I loved how easy the agent or representative took her time to not only ask me questions that I could understand and explained the whole process she was very kind and as well very knowledgeable about it. I highly recommend the company and the people that are working definitely will do again if had to they made the process so easy.

So far, so good. The onboarding process was easy, straightforward, and relevant. The associate who helped us was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We look forward to working directly with our case manager.

I spoke with a very nice woman initially to set up a claim. She was very informative. I haven't gotten past this point yet, but so far so good. I'm hoping for good results!
