ONLY giving this 1 star because it is not an option to give them 0 stars...WORST BANK EVER...nothing but trouble with this bank...both the Maysville AND the Tollesboro branch employees are EXTREMELY rude...they should be required to go through some sort of CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!!! They talk to you ANY way they want to, and show absolutely NO respect, which is NOT how a person working at a place that deals with customer service is supposed to act. If I could give them negative stars, I would. It's nothing to do with this specific location, nor does it have anything to do with staffing. Just dodge a bullet and don't even consider this horrible organization for yourself, friends or family. How can someone with the right mind in good conscience charge a person a $100 over draft fee??
