I think one star gives them too much credit for being the most incompetent service provider for debt relief anyone could ever experience. I would say they lack communication, but it doesn’t even exist with them. I was under contract with them for two years and didn’t even find out. They made one settlement until after I canceled with them and out of the $8000 I paid them over the two years, they felt they were owed more than half of that.
