This was the worst experience I ever had. Can't get anyone - even a supervisor (Theresa) to return my phone calls and settle my account. I tried calling, texting, messaging, and even emailing customer service to help me resolve my debts. So I closed my account with Citizens Debt Relief. I believe I should have been issued a refund but no one even thought to call me back. I feel like this business is very shady and I am very, very upset with them. I spoke with Brandon Turner I went online and found out about this debt relief, and he got back to me within maybe 10 minutes with a text and then he called me. From the moment I spoke to him I felt like I was in good hands. He was so non-judgmental and explained everything so thoroughly. I have to say that was one of the best customer services I have ever dealt with I am so excited to get my life back and having Brandon help me along the way was nothing but a cherry on top!

NEVER answers calls and fail to follow up. We needed their help with our settlements. They also failed to let us know that one of the settlements decided to serve us. We put our lives in their hands and they didn’t even let us know that they couldn’t settle. They also took about $3000 and we are currently having trouble getting our money back. They stated that they will charge 27% for their service fee. Their services are definitely not worth what they are asking for.
