When series of unfortunate events, strikes Financial stress becomes the biggest burden. After aimlessly feeling in contact information for several different “debt relief” I saw no light at the end of the tunnel and thought for sure we were heading to bankruptcy, Until Brandon Turner came along! I was always skeptical about Debt Relief programs. This program proved me wrong. It was easy to start up and set up. I am very happy with the process so far. Here I am about a year into it and they’ve settled about seven of my accounts already. I feel a heavy weight lifted from me. Of course I have to do my part in making the payments to them twice a month. Which is very well worth it. My husband and I Worked very hard to achieve our goals. This has been one of the worst and most stressful financial experiences of my life. When I signed up with Citizens Debt Relief, I was promised they would negotiate directly with all my creditors and help resolve my debts. Instead, they failed to act, as a result of which I was sued by Wells Fargo — something they never even warned me about. I am very pleased with Citizen Debt Relief, the lifted a big burden off my shoulders & gave me a reasonable monthly pay,ent over a few years. It would have cost me 6 times that amount over 10 years to pay back if I tried to do it myself. The customer service is phenomenal especially Julia , she helped me with adjusting my date to start payments & went beyond her duties as a customer service rep to be kind, understanding & she explained everything to me very patiently. She is an asset to Citizen debt relief. Thank You 🙏

Citizens Debt Relief has been very easy to work with. If I’ve had any problems at all, I can call them and ask them. They have worked consistently to help me with each of my creditors. I’m happy with everything they’ve done.
