I am constantly getting overdraft fees before my account is ACTUALLY in the negative. Several times now the overdraft fee itself has caused me to go negative. This is very deceptive and literally stealing from your customers.
Haven was awesome in helping us get my daughters account set up quickly APPRECIATED!!!
My only complaint with this bank is how long it takes for money to be processed. It shouldn't take 5 days from bank to bank, and if you send them a check it could take an extra 3 days to get it processed and out of your checking account. I would recommend this bank if you live in the area but if you dont, I would recommend you choose a different bank for now.
