The employees don’t understand their own policies or procedures and they don’t talk to each of. We have been told one thing from one person and something completely different from another person. When it comes to fraudulent transactions that we had nothing to do with they just close down the accounts. If a loan is connected to one account and you canceled the automatic payment from that they automatically take it from a different account that isn’t linked to the other account or the loan. (Here's an update from my past review a couple years ago.) The bank building Itself is beautiful. The only good ones at that bank branch is Heather, Alex & Patti. Them girls could run that bank themselves with their eyes closed. Everyone else is overly "fakey polite"🤦♂️ They're trying to be welcoming but You feel like you're in a horror movie & there's bodies in the cellar. Don't drink the complementary coffee.🙃
