i have always loved this bank and the service has always been good. but yesterday i was talked down to by one of their employees and it really offended me and made me feel terrible. i tried to contact a manager this morning but so far no return call. i realize they are busy and i am not a big customer for them and i will not share the issues online but needless to say i don't feel good about them anymore.
