Citizens Community Bank is a credit union that is part of the Glacier Family Bank and local to south eastern Idaho. My experience is that they have some great people who work here that seem to care about their clients. They have comparable loan rates and act just like a local credit union should. Other than all of the benefits, I have a couple of things that end up being on the annoying side: they close at 5:00 PM most days.
