Small Bank with Big bank antics!
I am terribly displeased with the service I have received with this bank. They were very nice when I opened the account. However I was VERY adamant about not wanting overdrafts and I signed for no overdrafts but apparently getting a debit card opted me in for overdrafts and I was not told about this. So I ended up in a bit of debt that in all reality considering my financial situation I couldn't afford.
