All the employees are nice and great except for this old white lady with white hair and glasses. She has some sort of issue with her job and always wants to make everything longer and give an attitude. It can be the most simple transaction and she will make you run a mile and ask you for you social security number and id when none of the tellers have ever asked me for that for the exact same transaction. Great bank, great service, rarely lines. Good
I was depositing a check for my company at this bank this morning. I needed to use the bathroom. When I asked A representitive where the batheroom is, he told me: they don't open bathroom to the public. His voice was rude. What a good customer service! No wonder the bank is quite. No customers around.
