I go here for my aunt she is 83 and isn't able to go herself.the staff here know me and my aunt and are always the nicest people you could ever want to deal with... wonderful place to do your banking at...
We've been with the bank for over 3 years and their customer service is by far the best. We are truly grateful we found such a great bank with amazing employees. They have helped us with issues/concerns and appreciate all the extra work they input to our business. Highly recommended.
went in there, paid $3 for an ATM withdrawal and then nicely asked wether they could change the 20s into 10s. Paul Marder, assistant vice president and assistant service manager of this branch, approached me harshly and told his employee not to change the money because I don't have an account with them. Even after mentioning that it would be really helpful and pointing out that I was their customer after all since I used their ATM, he aggressively refused the service with a "want to take it outside bro?!"
