Very helpfull. Great customer service.
Went to the bank for the ATM parked for just 5 minutes and was told that they were going to tow my car because I wasn't a customer, yelled with a back and forth exchanged with the security guard told them I used the ATM - no apology or anything - terrible place.

Crap!
Horrible customer service. Horrible. Tried to settle an estate for which I was the legal trustee. I presented them with EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT they requested. Still horribly uncooperative and downright rude and insulting despite every legal document presented them. Took a letter from the attorney representing the estate (at substantial cost) to finally release the funds (about $11,000). People create wills and trusts without Citizens Business Bank establishing their own decisions in violation of what the will and trust says. ... read more
