Closed my account after one month of really bad service.
I just visited this bank to cash a check terrible service by a teller named Nicole. Everyone at this branch was very rude disrespectful and discriminatory. They keep you waiting forever and don't say anything. Three times I went there, there was never a manager. They said she's out seeing clients. Every day??? They like to take your deposits but when it's time to get your money out they put you thru hoops, big hoops. Closed my account.

I just visited this bank to cash a check terrible service by a teller named Akylah. She was very rude disrespectful n discriminatory. I asked her to get someone to speak to n she refused. I was treated very badly in front of other customers I was discriminated against just because I'm a " non customer " as she eloquently put it. No one should be made to feel ashamed for wanting to cash a check. Terrible service and people shame on them.
