Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location. I came into Citizens Business Bank at 301 Vanderbilt Way to cash a check and was met with one of the rudest interactions I’ve ever had at a bank. The manager, Irma Aldasoro, who is supposed to represent leadership and customer service, didn’t even let me finish speaking before cutting me off. Closed my account after one month of really bad service.
I just visited this bank to cash a check terrible service by a teller named Nicole. Everyone at this branch was very rude disrespectful and discriminatory. They keep you waiting forever and don't say anything. Three times I went there, there was never a manager. They said she's out seeing clients. Every day??? They like to take your deposits but when it's time to get your money out they put you thru hoops, big hoops. Closed my account.
