I opened a bank account 26 years ago with only 100 bucks and they treated me like I was a millionaire fantastic customer service I never had to wait for a teller to open up they would open another window it was super amazing that they really valued your time and business.

I tried to work with this place over a year because once I had established all my auto debits and transactions I didn't want to redo everything somewhere else. I have a plumbing business in Southern California. My experience here the entire time was pretty horrible other than a few bright highlights here and there. This place is unbelievable. Consistently not allowing purchases for my business and unwilling to help me find a solution. This place was a nightmare. I'm looking for a new bank tomorrow, I've been here about 6-9 months. I have a plumbing business and every time I need to make a purchase I need to call them for permission and then if you try to get gas after the bank is closed your card won't work and there's noone to call.
