went in there to open an account lady told me she couldn’t do it bc of an account i had that needed to be paid off act like she really ain’t want to help me so i went in there today bc i figured out the account that needed to be paid off then she tells me she gotta wait until her manager comes off vacation in order to make that decision next monday all for a checking account?
I've banked there in Farmville for years and wouldn't go anywhere else because of Ms. Franklin. She has always handled my banking and knows every one of her customers. It's like banking used to be.
