This bank is way behind in technology. If you happen to get locked out of your account, you have to wait until they open to get it reset by a person. You also can't do anything yourself via phone. We should be able to do password resets online. Also, you cant make deposits at the ATM so not convenient. Their app is useless if you can't do anything until they open. Staff is friendly though.

I went to the bank to start a Christmas Savings..the teller was friendly enough..the person who handled my business didn't show professionalism..she never introduced herself..didn't really explain the plan to me..I almost felt as though I were bothering her..I didn't receive a booklet ( ledger)..was told I would get one the next time I came..hopefully next time will be better..
