I have been with this bank since 2010 and started with the branch in Covington on Hwy 25. I do business at the Mandeville branch now. Always professional! It is nice to do business with people instead of online though the online banking is easy to navigate; even for a tech challenged person like me. I would highly recommend this bank.
I was looking for a local bank to open a checking account with. Definitely did not feel welcomed when I came inside. Taking my business elsewhere.
