I use this bank basically to cash checks in town once in a while. without warning only about 17ish days after my last transaction they closed my account balance without so much as a phone call due to zero balance? 17 days? really? I'm opening a complaint with the CFPB. But that's just outrageous service. To jump ship on a customer the moment they aren't actively giving you money without even a phone call. I won't be back.
Wish I could give zero stars why is it every time I come in there’s 1 singular incompetent teller working and they’re always talking to some random guy who isn’t even doing buisness and don’t acknowledge me for the 15 mins I’m standing there but choose to say something as I’m leaving to go to the Bartow branch because they were just about to help me what a joke of a location hope it gets shut down
