The customer service at this location was cold and unfriendly. I heard that Citizens has a great reputation and I was looking forward to building a new banking relationship with them. By the end of my visit I felt like they didn't want my business simply by the tone of the conversation and the way I was treated. It is unfortunate that a local community bank doesn't excel in the service end of banking.
