Super friendly and great customer service
Rude people . Outlandish policies. Worst bank I have ever banked with. Obviously a small company with self-serving goals. Would not allow me to have a debit card even though I have not been overdrawn in 5 months and had a balance of I'm not asking for overdraft protection I was simply needing a debit card so I can have my insurance money debited to the account. Worst bank ever. I highly recommend the best bank I have ever bank with Arvest. Did I forget to mention charging me in over $400 in fees for being overdrawn $75.

Outstanding local small bank if you’re looking for small bank and personal service this is your bank. They know who you are when you come in and they are willing to help you when you email or call them. I highly recommend Andrew as a manager and all the staff
We have been banking here for (I forget how many years now), but more than a few. We are always very happy with the service we get. I've never banked at a place where they knew my name as soon as I drive up to the window. Rarely have I ever had a mistake at this branch, but it was taken care of quickly. And when I was out of state, I so much appreciated that they were on top of it and didn't let my card transactions to go through at first (as I forgot to inform them of where I was going).
