Been banking here since we moved here, 6 years ago. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. They treat us like family! Very convenient also.
Clean branch, nice people
Right before Christmas I went to your Dundee branch and asked the teller to change 10 twenties into 100's for presents for the grandkids. The teller was very polite and even went through her 100's to find the best ones. This was immediately after I was turned down by a Winter Haven bank because I didn't have an account with them. I didn't have an account with Dundee either, but I came back and opened one this week. Being nice is good business.
