I have been a customer at Citizens Bank and Trust for many years. They are always amazing very friendly and always wanting to help today. I went to get a gift card and I spoke to Suzie First thing she did was grab her head and talk about how she had a bad headache and she didn’t know how to do a gift card so she had to wait for Lisa. Lisa was on the phone and Suzie kept complaining that she needed to get off the phone, even though I was thinking Lisa was helping a customer. Came to this location for a simple withdraw and one of the female tellers only wanted to complain about her headache and how she had a lot to do before the closed mind you I went in an hour before they closed.
Been banking here since we moved here, 6 years ago. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. They treat us like family! Very convenient also.
