What's with these ridiculous hours? How is anyone supposed to do their banking between 9 and 4 on a weekday?
I use to speak highly of my bank. I loved Candy!!!! (that’s my 5 stars) The changes they have made are not good at this location. (Especially the new bank manager) I have been a customer with this bank for a while and I have never been told I can not cash a check and have to deposit it. Not only did Karen say that it “had” to be deposited, she referred me to UMB bank 🤣🤣🤣!!! Are you serious!!! 🤬🤬🤬 So picture this you get off at 4:30 make it to the bank. Closes at 4pm and not open on Saturdays..... really?
Staff is friendly and I enjoy banking with them. But god forbid needing to get anything done on location. This bank's hours range from chaotic to nonexistant. Current hours are till 4 for lobby and till 5 for drive through. I expect this to change by the next time I stop by. If you need to get anything done on location you pretty much need to take off work to do so.
