Moved here 5 years ago. All types of minor inconveniences which were totally unnecessary. Lack of willingness to understand and help with personal and business issues. Certainly not well versed in customer service. When my husband died, we both believed we had PODs on every account. The bank could not locate one of them. This may not have been their fault.
