Manager was rude and condescending will not be returning
What a joke! I own a fleet of trucks and had to gather year end tax info. The bank was not able to print these docs for the 1 truck I have financed through Citizens Bank. The 2 girls helping me at the desk were super nice but didn’t have access to this document. I was given a 1-800 to call. The guy on the phone tells me it will cost $10 to get the document and it will only be sent after the receive the money. I needed the same info for tax prep on other trucks in my fleet.
