Everytime I go there employees are very prompt on helping you! They always solve issues in a very professional manner. Very pleased with the bank.
I stopped into the Citizens Bank Temple St branch to have a letter notarized today. I was enthusiastically greeted by Tamar Daly who was the only person behind the teller window at the time. She was friendly and nice beyond the call of duty. She was also efficient. I felt I was treated like a celebrity. I left the bank in a great mood. I hardly ever write reviews and have not been into this branch in years. I just thought someone should know. Service like this is rare.
