Unprofessional, didn’t help my issues. Ive been a loyal customer, i have my business accounts with citizen bank and every time i go to this specific location they treat me with zero respect.
Dont have the guy who looks like a wwe rejected brock Lesnar deal with checks for you, he never listens to what you ask or need done, he will just do transactions his way and is very very rude. This has happened on multiple instances and hes usually the one who works Saturdays. Hope management will address this because he doesnt have supervisors that work with him you can speak with about situations with him.
