I have used this little branch several times and for the past two times a new dark haired girl has been there. The branch manager (or the girl in glass office) says she cannot help me with a check deposit...she doesn't have access. On the other hand the office girl is always showing the new girl how to do things on the computer. The new girl says she is busy every time I get to the window and tells me I have to wait...after 5 min. Of waiting I go back to shopping. When I come back 10 min. This is worse. The only teller process the application while other customers are waiting for over 10 minutes.
My debit card got messed up and the ATM machine didn’t like it so It got stuck in the ATM. I just asked them to deactivate the card and I would order a new one but they offered to print me out one right there in the office and took care of my old card. It was great very good service would recommend.
