I wish there is zero star option. This branch have Terrible customer service. They don’t treat the customer right very bad customer service. I’ve been with them for the last seven years nothing but the trouble and very limited access to everything specially compared to Chase Bank . I’m happy that Ross Township has multiple chase bank around. recently open account with Chase and I can tell you life is so much easier specially on business transactions. Those two Chase Bank around Ross Township deserve seven stars .
Went in, met Rebecca and got told on a Monday she would help me fix an issue I had with another branch. This fix required an update to my account which I provided right away and was told it will take 24 hours. I called daily to check and on Friday afternoon was told it will be fixed by the end of the day. The following Monday as my account remained locked I called and found out Rebecca was going on vacation for 4 days. 2 weeks later she said she was on vacation for the entire 2 weeks and her best advice for me was to go back... read more

My experiences with Citizens have always been very positive. They always greet me by name and have always been exceedingly helpful
Normally, I do not leave bad reviews. But I was scrolling through this banks reviews and majority of them are bad so I figured I’d add my experience as well. Citizens Bank is awful. Every single time I go to deposit or cash a check it’s something different going on. They play with my money and my time every single time I go in.
