Avoid this bank at all costs!!! The problem is the branch manager. He is a rude man that will give you zero customer service. His horrible management is reflected in the customer service you receive from everyone in the branch.
The branch manager is the problem!!! He is a rude, smug man who thinks that he's the king of the world cause he's the manager of citizens bank. You will get zero customer service, and it's to be expected when you have a manager as incompetent as the manager at this location of citizens bank. If the branch manager gets fired, the location would be so much better overnight!!!

They had their billing system update in Sept and from then my accounts and online billing has been wrong. Payments weren't going through and I wasn't notified. Account numbers on biller payments was incorrect after their rollout. Their system was also down for like 10 days during this update. Worst IT project and deployment I have ever seen and I've been in the IT field for 24 years. Debating on changing banks because now I have to go through each account and verify the account number and payments.
I wish there is zero star option. This branch have Terrible customer service. They don’t treat the customer right very bad customer service. I’ve been with them for the last seven years nothing but the trouble and very limited access to everything specially compared to Chase Bank . I’m happy that Ross Township has multiple chase bank around. recently open account with Chase and I can tell you life is so much easier specially on business transactions. Those two Chase Bank around Ross Township deserve seven stars .
