I have been doing business with citizen bank for quite awhile and Unfortunately to my surprise they low key racially profile customers it took sometime to become fully aware that this was happening. depending on who you are, how you dress and groom yourself, they will assume your fraudulent or potential scammer and will treat you as such. Atm never works
Their ATM is horrible. There is always something wrong with it. It is brand new and it was broken again last night. Your hours suck too. What happened to staying open until 5? They say 4:30 and I have to leave work early and they are closed before that. Changing banks.
This branch is MAKING me no longer want to be a citizen Bank customers service and I have asked for the Direct deposit for my job but they are telling me to be using the other branch. I will use the other branch like the Easton branch or Boston. I wish the north side shut down and not the west side
