I went here to make a deposit for my boss and cash my check. Now I didn't have an account with Citizens bank so I was supposed to be charged $7.⁰⁰ but I got it cashed for free because of the deal between my employer and the bank, so, yay me LOL the deposit took a few minutes. I went through all the rigmarole and I got to say the teller that was helping me was A1, top notch.. 5★'s
I come to this branch very often, everyone there is extremely helpful and kind. This citizens is the best!
Clean branch friendly staff. Only 1 atm unfortunately, and it seems to break on occasion. Otherwise, great bank and service.

Staff went above and beyond when we discovered the reason I was having problems with auto pay was not a banking issue but a technology issue. They took the time to walk me through the process of making a auto payment on an unrelated app to pay my bill.
