Staff went above and beyond when we discovered the reason I was having problems with auto pay was not a banking issue but a technology issue. They took the time to walk me through the process of making a auto payment on an unrelated app to pay my bill.
I have been doing business with citizen bank for quite awhile and Unfortunately to my surprise they low key racially profile customers it took sometime to become fully aware that this was happening. depending on who you are, how you dress and groom yourself, they will assume your fraudulent or potential scammer and will treat you as such.
