I don't usually visit this branch, but I was pleasantly surprised. The young woman that was there was SO friendly. She personally showed me a new feature (to me anyway) with the ATM having a "LIVE" person looking out at you and assisting you. This young woman stayed with me and walked me through everything, until I was comfortable with the process. It was so weird interacting with someone live, yet through a video screen.
