Terrible bank. The only problems that I've ever encountered while banking with Citizens Bank over the past 12+ years was at this branch. Major issues with the deposit of a check. No contact or information provided prior to the issue coming to a head, to inform me that there was a problem. No remedy provided for the problem. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. Take the trip to the Island Pond Road branch. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this branch.
