The exceptionally rude staff constantly makes you jump over hurdles to do small things like get change. It's not surprising, given that Citizens is such a clueless, corrupt bank as a whole who treats their employees and customers like garbage. It'll be a cold day in hell before this company ever gets another one of my business or personal accounts.

We had great experience with Bank representative by name Paul who went beyond his way to make sure all of our questions are answered. He is very helpful person and I would recommend him for others who wants to open or discuss about citizen bank accounts. This is great branch.
