They took away the desk, they took out the personalization, they obviously don't care to help customers with special situations, but care about saving money. Everything is automated. I went in yesterday to make a deposit and without a debit card was unable to since you have to access accounts through the automated kiosk/ATM. Additionally, the bank agent sits at a single desk that faces the side wall in a completely open area. Very impersonal. I feel bad for them.
Don’t let your female family members enter this establishment without a watchful eye. Two male employees made lewd remarks about a previous citizens bank customer who was a young female. Because is was near closing time they told me I could not make a deposit into multiple accounts at that branch. Confused, I questioned their statement. Went there to cash work check , which is from there bank asked if I had an account I did not, few days prior updated my driving liscence to veterans status so I had the official paper copy , said they couldn't accept it, showed my work picture I'd. Couldn't accept it, I called my work in front of them and they spoke to my business manager ,couldn't accept it! Gave me some bull@$&it about cannot scan my paper liscence , I left went to another citizens branch and had no problem at all!!! I wouldn't recommend this branch to any... read more
