I came here after going to the Huntington Bank in front of it this place which may I say is a nightmare this citizens location is a breath of fresh air in comparison much more professional The bankers were wonderful. Helpful and informative.
Drove to there just for the guy to tell me their system is down and they don’t have enough cash, but they’re open for customer. Might as well close so people are not driving back and forth for nothing.
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Carry out very good banking policies and procedures. You can feel safe and secure with this bank. In an instance with a fraud attempt which they caught right away.
