Bank is not empowered at branch level to do anything besides basic issues it seems. They cashed a check with no signature making it an invalid check, yet over a month later this is not resolved and instead at corporate level. Apparently at Citizens Bank they cash checks even if you do not sign them and instead of refunding the approximately $90 check as this was their mistake, we are closing all our accounts. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS HERE INITIATES COLD CALLS FOR MORE SERVICES, EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED! Everytime my husband goes here to deposit money this branch calls my phone wanting to sell me more services. If this does not stop I will be cancelling all of my account with Citizen's and moving to a credit union!!!
