I will have to say it's the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Only one teller at the desk at a peak hours and a long line sometimes no teller at all Manger is rude and unpleasant.
My husband and I went into this bank to open an account for him, for his SSDI. (My husband is on hospice at home) We opened the account with a check from ss, which was his back pay. We also took the letter that came with the check up to the bank with us. SANDY, the manager did not ask to see the letter that came with the check. She tells us it could clear before the seven day hold, but will be no longer than 7 days. 8 days later still no money in my husband's account.
