After a 45 minute wait in the line because their newest atm wasn’t working, and another employee picking his nose at the office and not helping at all his coworker not nice to see this for horrible experience and customer service
I would like to give it 0 stars but, the system doest let me. Citizens reached out to me for HELOC and i agreed to process the application. they completely changed the loan amount and terms of the loan. I respectfully declined and requested them to close my application but, they lied to the bureau and said "I didn't qualify for the loan".
Great experience with banking at this location. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Kim was great in making sure our needs were addressed.
