Had an excellent experience. Respectful, cheerful and fast. The red headed girl that helped me did an excellent job and had a sunny demeanor. I've banked with Citizens for 25 years and will continue to do so for many years to come.
So i went to this branch for my client i asked for 15.00 in quarters she said she couldn't even if she talked to my client so i said ok i left & went to walmart then went back to my clients bank with a 20 dollar bill then she proceeded to be rude to me and tell me they didn't have any quarters.i am so glad i don't have a bank account there.
I have been coming to this branch for years now and have always had great service from all of the employees. Everybody there no matter how busy etc always has a kind smile and very calm demeanor. They take the time with every customer and make sure all their needs have been met. Many thanks for your services and superior customer service.
