This is the bank I use.
This really isn't a Branch but a glorified ATM, and the employees are basically ATM helpers.
The staff is so friendly! They are always happy to see you and assist in any way possible. I needed help in a pinch, and because I was already a well known customer, I was helped even faster, and my problem was solved very quickly. I can always rely on them to help me out when needed. They will go out of their way to do anything they can to help and get you on with your day. The only thing that sucks is that they don't have rolled change!
