This has been my bank for many years. The manager Fillip and all the staff is wonderful they go out of their way to help their clients. Unquestionably the best bank in Buffalo. Thank you for your great service.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Not from around here & just stopped in to add cash to my account. I was waiting in what appeared to be the line until the very rude female teller started yelling at me to get out of the customers way & wait where I should; I said I thought the line started here, I'm from out of town, I don't see a sign anywhere. She says "over by the ropes" where a manager is standing & talking to a customer. THE CUSTOMER has the nerve to tell me "stand right there" after he moves out of what was apparently th... read more
Robert at the tops location is the best!! Always friendly always willing to help and go the extra mile to make everything easy and smooth for the customer! His staff are also very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to deal with them!
