terrible customer service
Needed to withdraw cash to pay a contractor. Wrote a check to myself (from a different bank account) so I could withdraw the cash at citizens as I maintain an account there for the sole purpose of withdrawing cash. I was told my check would clear Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, and finally, TWO WEEKS LATER. They thought the check was fraudulent and asked who wrote it, LOL. I called a number they gave me for their fraud department, which got me nowhere, and finally I had to set up a conference call between my other bank an... read more
