Expect less and less as with everything else with this bank. They will only close more branch locations, just as they are with this location and the location in Derby, NY years ago. Less trouble to just not have a bank. This bank has created more work, that no one needs.
I opened an account at citizens 3 weeks ago. I have my account hacked for over 250 dollars and I've literally had to close my account and open another one . And I have had no funds recovered. I've never had an issue with a compromised bank card, but apparently it's a phenomenon with citizens. I've talked to 3 different people who have been scammed the same way. Now my rent is behind because of what?? A lack of decent security on your banks end????
They go above and beyond, really help where needed. I lost my bank card, and it has taken almost a month to receive. They had to deal with me a lot and always help me with a smile
Kayla was AMAZING and very patient with me. I've been having fraud issues with my account for quite a while and she walked me through every step to ensure I understood everything and every charge.
