Ive banked at other Citizen Bank locations, and those other locations should take tips from these folks.. their customer service is fantastic!
Always helpful and patient. The line gets long at times but that's because they take their time with customers and make sure all their needs are met. Everything you need in a bank. I just wish the actual banks had support for citizens Access savings
