I deposited 12k that I needed by the end of the week, the teller told me there would be a hold on it but only a few days which would have been fine. Currently there is going to be a hold on the check for over 6 days now, I went back to the branch and they shrugged there shoulders and said there was an additional hold now on it and there was nothing they can do. Closing my account with them as soon as they can give me my money.
I had a Home Eqity Line of Credit with the branch at Tops on Maple until recently. I checked my interest rate and it was at 9.9 percent. The manager agreed it was crazy high but said he couldn't do anything. Got another HELOC a month later where I was offered 6.25 percent. Stay away from Citizens, unless you like to be charged high interest rates!! Useless bank.
I had an amazing customer service experience at this location!!! Melissa was so great!!!! She was very nice and answered every question I had. She helped me alot and also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of asap!!! This was the best customer service I had at any bank! Everyone at this branch is always very helpful and nice!

I wouldn't even give this branch one star but I had to in order to write the comment. I went to this branch with my mother to get a sworn statement notarized for court purposes and the ignorant employee Mike Samol refused to notarize my statement because he had never seen this type of document in the past. This man clearly needs more training because my court paperwork states I can go to any bank for this to get notarized.
