Just started a new account with them. Super close to work. The man who set up my account was very friendly and explained everything to me. Quick and easy, just how it should be.
This is the only bank I have EVER used that charges $9.99 to have a checking account! Kind of outrageous! But at least their online banking only works sporadically. Employees are great! The bank itself... not so much.
Everyone who works at this branch is extremely helpful and they know who you are if you go there regularly. I had a fraud situation where someone charged over $600 to my account. They took care of it right away and continued to follow up with me when I would stop in after the fact. Fantastic customer service from everyone there!
